aha! Process School Programs - Research & Development

The Payne School Model is a comprehensive, research based approach to success in schools that meets the requirements set under the Federal No Child Left Behind Act. The Model has been successfully implemented across the country.

In addition to the results listed below, Dr. William Swan, Ed.D., Professor Emeritus, University of Georgia, Educational Leadership Associates, has conducted ongoing evaluation in several schools.

Scientific-Based Research Results:
External Review of Research: An external review of nine research reports on the Payne School Model, led by Dr. C. Thomas Holmes, Professor, The University of Georgia, has been completed. Holmes, along with four other reviewers, concluded that the design employed in these studies was appropriate, the statistical tests were well chosen and clearly reported, and the author’s conclusions followed directly from the obtained results.
